Rev. Aggie L. Brown Sr. preaching the word of God Sunday morning service
Rev. Brown ministered on the topic "Prayer Unites Family"
and brought together all the spiritual aspects of loving each other in prayer and in deed, bringing us back to the
days when family stood up for each other and never let anyone come between the love of your brother, sister, cousin, mother,
father and everyone that makes up who we are. With the devotion service and choirs to usher in his sermon, it was an
uplifting morning and a spiritual awakening for many.
Three days of family fun
We began with registrations Friday July 24, 2009 where family came from around
the country to sign in, settle in their rooms then mingle with family and friends for the evening
Riding to Holiday Hill on a tractor wagon
The next day we had the pleasure of going to Holiday Hill to
experience a day of family fun with games, entertainment, Bingo and food
Family returning from Holiday Hill
Family come together to feast not just with food but with entertainment, prizes, speaches and fun
The weekend was capped off with a banquet that
was filled with great entertainment, delicious food, many gifts, a family history lesson, and speeches from many of the youth
and adult members of the family. Everyone seemed to have a great weekend and this was a way to end a wonderful sunny and prosperous
family reunion.
God bless you and never forget PRAYER UNITES FAMILY!
